DEPOSITS, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY (ALL JOURNEYS)

All journeys require a 10% deposit in order to reserve space. Group member remittances are fully refundable if trip cancellation by a group member occurs more than 60 days prior to the Rendezvous Date. If cancellation occurs within a period of 60 to 31 days prior to the Rendezvous Date, 50% of previous payments are refundable. Cancellation occurring less than 30 days from the Rendezvous Date forfeits all prior payments. If Calidex or its local operators cancel the trip, all payments received by Calidex are 100% refundable.
